Join Our Team as a Warehouse Planner!
Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Planner, you will be responsible for planning of material flows, the planning of conveying and handling equipment and the planning of the warehouse infrastructure.
Hours: 0700 - 1500
Location: Ballycoolin
What Will You Be Doing?
- Collaborating with fellow planners and team leaders to determine staff assignments for specific warehouses.
- Supervising the status of open docks for inbound and outbound schedules.
- Vigilantly tracking Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure adherence to order deadlines.
- Providing assistance to both the internal team and external customers.
- Managing workflow oversight and taking charge of issue resolution while serving as a liaison between team members and team leaders/supervisors.
- Continuously monitoring and offering support for operational performance.
- Ensuring the safety of all staff and conducting safety audits when safety concerns arise.

About You
- Prior experience in warehousing, especially in the realm of planning, is a valuable asset
- Strong proficiency in PC operations and familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (e.g., SAP) is advantageous
- Dependable and trustworthy

- Proactive approach to tasks and responsibilities
